Workers of Vietnam – photo blog

Some pictures of Vietnam’s hardest worker bees.

This man charges 50 cents for a photo, and probably not much more for a haircut.

This smiley gentleman took us on a little boat ride through his floating village. He does this for tourists everyday.

These ladies create beautiful pictures out of silk.

These baskets are actually pretty heavy!

Fishing, fishing and more fishing..and occasionally some boat painting.

I met this lady in Hoi An, while Kieran was hanging out at the hotel and I went on a tour of a local village. She works over 10 hours a day but only earns $5 a day. Her husband sits next door playing cards!

Many of the women in the villages work in the markets.

While many of the men attempt to fish, even in low season.
